Rangewood Ranch

Rangewood Ranch is located on the eastern edge of Albuquerque off of I-40 in Carnuel, NM. This vast 4+ acres of multi-level, multi purpose property allows for extensive parking and diverse opportunities. We have a good relationship with the film industry and understand the needs associated with locations.
The top level of approximately 2 acres is flat with a warehouse, a retail showroom as well as a level area with open vistas to the west and downtown area. The west end of the property has a 100 year old working wooden wind mill.This upper level has a large area for parking base camp and working trucks.
The 5,000 sq ft warehouse is well lit and contains reclaimed woods, vigas, doors, windows and architectural salvage that can be used for set construction and props. There are 4 sections to the warehouse with one room designated to a extensive selection of props and set decoration. We also have 1941 rebuilt Oliver tractor, a 1940 Farmall Tractor, a 1948 GMC 1 ton long bed truck and a 6 seat Surrey with fringe on top. We also have an authentic 1912 Saddle house that is movable anywhere on the property, or taken to an off-site set.

The showroom is set up with a retail space and conference room with access for all office needs. The second level an oval shaped ground that is groomed and has a small stand of trees. The lower third level is part of the Carnuel Acequia. It is groomed but dense with large cottonwoods and old trees. This area has a beautiful and natural environment.
