The Ferm Brinery and Bakehouse produces locally sourced, organic, vegan fermented foods and beverages. We are currently focusing on sourdough breads made from freshly stone milled flours. In addition to our breads we offer all of our freshly milled flours, locally craft roasted coffee and a rotating menu of fermented foods such as vegan red chile kimchi, green chile saurkraut, escabeche and raw milk greek yogurt.
